of course I was joking....sometimes great tasting dishes just don't look good in a picture. Been in gravy/stew is just one of them. A few times I took a picture of something and decided not to post it due to the way it looked....but tasted fantastic.

Oh I know. Could you imagine having two(ish) years of soft serve beef stew that was nutritious and tasted great as a “byproduct “ from the lil un?
I just grossed myself out typing that up. That’s pretty hard to do.

I do like Firehouse. It isn't terribly easy to get great subs in this area, so they suffice. I prefer Potbelly for the fast option.

Sear looks great....the middle....it just shouldn't be pink. I can't just ignore my past Mgr Restaurant training and food safety rules.

It can be cooked, juicy, and still not pink. You do that by NOT pressing down on the burger when cooking and don't "poke" at the center to see if it's done.
