so Daigle isnt a bust?To me, a bust is a player who didn't even make the NHL. There is a difference between a bust and a disappointmet.

I don’t think he is, no. He carved out a decent career. Major disappointment though.so Daigle isnt a bust?
Is Mount Bustmore - Daigle/Yak/Laf/DiPietro ?
It seems he is on his every-year-1-month-good-play, streak.
then he will disappear again.

Maybe a bust but f...ing legendary
Still not buying it at all. Every stat I’ve been able to dig up on it has him averaging pretty solidly in the 2nd line range. And every game I’ve tuned in over the last few years (and many I have- I’ve been eager to see how he develops..) he’s had 1st/2nd level line mates. Right now he’s next to Trochek and Panarin.. that’s 3rd line level? Is there something you can show other than a blanket ‘you dont know’? Actual data backs up what I’ve observed, so you gotta come up with something better to refute that..Yes, no offense but you aren’t a fan of the team and don’t know what you are saying. I watch virtually every game. He’s been in the top six like 30% of the time. He got some chances, but it never lasted. He’s gotten the least leash of any 1OA in recent memory. I don’t know how that’s in any way debatable. You get guys like Bedard and Hughes that are 1st line and PP1 from the get-go. If they have 10 bad games, or in Hughes case a bad first season, it doesn’t change. Lafreniere has maybe had like 3 games in his career on PP1 and maybe like 10 games on line 1.

Is 22 years old really a late bloomer?Turning into a top 6 player. Good to see. Could be a late bloomer
After the last couple years, it's a mini miracle.Move over Mike Bossy!
Late for 1st OA pickIs 22 years old really a late bloomer?
Lmao. Just tell us you dont watch him play.Same old same old. He can score goals on a lucky bounce or if all the work is done for him. Oh, and he also has that one crossover move.
He was never going to be an outright bust IMO. Wake me up when he becomes more than a complimentary shooting option though.
