I mean, we could have got a pick for taking on Fleury to begin with. Took on 7mil in cap because our GM thought we were going to be competitive.

Yet what he should have done, was not trade for Jones, not trade for Fleury, and tanked the season. Hence, the TJ trade was only one he got right.

Not sure Maurice is the right guy, but Bruno definitely wasn't the right guy.

They have a contending window here for next couple years so if Maurice is chasing cup this is a last shot with good roster to do it
