Kampf is not fast lol we have many other players that can do what he does. He is Kruger lite, which is weird that you like him but always hated Kruger who is better than Kampf at pretty much everything.
Maybe quick is a better description since Kampf is a defensive specialist. He's a better skater than most of Hawks bottom 6 and gets to the puck faster than most. I hated the fact that he couldn't bury the puck but who in Hawks' current bottom 6 can? ..... and only a few can PK and none are good on the draw. All I'm saying is Hawks 3rd and 4th lines are below par.

Leafs fans calling Kampf invisible and not a difference maker, which is mostly true. Kampf has no offensive ability whatsoever.

Also, the Hawks have actually been good on the PK and face offs so far. So what’s the bitching about?

Our bottom 6 is a mish mash of players who have barely played with each other and has a coach who continuously changes them. They need extended time together before I rag on them. Our top 6 needs to be better, more worried about that part of our team, atm.

We have been needing extended time for “fill in the blanks” for 6 years now…

For guys that haven't played on our team before?

Do you understand what “fill in the blank means” lol it’s for one reason or another there is always an excuse for this team sucking, it’s not because of time needed for them to play better they just suck bro wake up………

I wasn't even talking about the team, learn to read. I was talking about individual players. I haven't ragged on our bottom 6 players yet because they haven't played together and need time with each other before we start judging them.

Wasn’t taking about the team? Isn’t the bottom 6 part of the team? What on earth are you talking about? They are part of the team and you are making an excuse for them and it’s a pathetic one, they just suck it’s not about them getting used to each other, when Vegas built their team out of the expansion draft those players didn’t need 20 games to adapt to a new line mates, they just adapted immediately, good players play good in any conditions, this bottom 6 Stan the Man put together are a bunch of AHLers, the end.

No, I was talking about why we don't have Hino, or Kampf. And I said (if you could read) that I will give our bottom 6 players more time to play together before I rag on them, because they have never played with each other, and have a coach jerking them all around. I base my judgements on the actual players and their abilities on the ice, not whether or not our GM acquired them or promoted them, like you.

And I said enough excuses with this “more time more time more time” let’s start judging the team by the results NOW! Not always tomorrow tomorrow that’s how failure is by saying I will do things tomorrow…

and like I said. I'm not talking about the team, I'm talking about our bottom 6 players as individuals.

Gustav off to good start on year as he looks to build off last season's success

3 assists and a +5 for Panthers playing over 19 minutes a night

Great to see him having success.

Reuniting with Q very likely saved his career as it seemed he was destined to go back to Europe when Hurricanes showed no interest in him having spot on big club (Despite his strong play in Charlotte)

One of the best waiver pickups in recent memory

I detect a trend in Chicago. Rush the young Dmen in, realize they are not ready but instead of sending them down for grooming they give them up.
Three examples are Forsling, Boqvist and Joker. Who will be next? Mitchell, Beaudin?

It's so dam frustrating to try and figure out Stan but it boils down to simple incompetence.

2 of those were Q falling in love with potential and making them play prior to ready in the NHL at 19. And then yeah, Bowman pushing them off for whatever reasons of waiver, future concerns, and both better zone defenders than man defenders

So true ... and we know why. Don't we? And its not because we have so many bottom-6 gifted players to choose from.
We have plenty of NHLers who can play 3rd line, and a couple that can play 4th.

Kubalik Toews Borgstrom
Debrincat Dach Kane
Gaudette Strome Hagel
Kurashev Entwhistle Johnson

That's not a terrible bottom 6, they can score, but JC wants defense first, he just doesnt know how to teach it apparently.

BS

Joker and Forsling were better then several of the D options available.. Infact Joker was best defender when Q was fired

It was JC who derailed his rookie season with nonsense and eventually got him Olsen'd

It was Bowman who mishandled situation especially Joker situation

Better than avaliable means they're not rushed how? It's ignorant of development time that serves good long term development. Somehow Chicago fans forgot that after that's literally what helped the cup winners as a clear strong formula of having great talent all around.

Joker in zero ways was the best defender. On corsiwise perhaps and doing little lifting outside 5on5 where they tried to make it as easy as you can with lots of icetime with Keith. Yet as soon as he had no Keith he kept failing defensively.

I see the Anisimov has signed a 1-year deal in the KHL joining HC Lokomotiv, his old team.
I liked Anisimov…he produced with Kaner okay, man if Kaner had an elite center his nunbers woukda been way higher…Handzus Anisimov Johnson…Toews only when they go nuclear
