I don't care if they win, I'd just like to see Wilson with 2 tds, 250 yards, and one interception tops.
good luck getting 250 in buffalo and with the WR core they've been trotting out. hope for moore and crowder back, then lets see if they can generate something. Wilson 2TD's is a goal for that game at least. defense just please try to be good

One of the biggest mistakes the Jets made was in the offseason is squarely on Joe Douglass.

Not signing a solid veteran QB to both mentor and compete with your young prized rookie QB was a remarkable oversight.

And then, too little too late, the Jets trade a draft pick for the corpse of Joe Flacco, who seemingly had no desire to see the field and just wanted to hold a clipboard and get paid.

The Jets probably could have gotten a player like Nick Foles from the Bears for just assuming his salary and a conditional seventh rounder, which they wouldn't have needed to pay out.

If this game was week 2, they would have 100%.

At this point in the season, what do you have to lose? You're already out of the playoffs and have already seen progression from ZW in the game, maybe you can make a statement win to close out the season strong.

I have a problem with the play call and how they allowed ZW to decide. I do not have a problem with them going for it.

What we don't know is if Woody or JD called down the play like Brad 'Wardaddy' Pitt in Fury (tank commander)

Feels like a tank job, but potentially going from 3/4 to 6+ could mean missing out on a blue-chip prospect.

In terms of meaningless, end-of-season wins, you don't need to look beyond the Giants missing out on players like Chase Young (beating the Redskins in 2019) or J'Marr Chase/Penei Sewell (beating the Bengals in 2020 by +2 points, and both the Seahawks, WTF?, and Cowboys).

Arguably the worst two-year run in history was missing out on Jonathan Ogden and Walter Jones, both in the HOF and all-time greats vs. Cedric "Is that my eye on the ground?" Jones and Ike Hilliard. Both due to just one draft spot.

my lord the giants are awful

they run a QB sneak on a 3rd and 9 right next to their endzone. They should be lucky they didn't give up a safety

Single season records broken or tied today. Of course, there’s one more game than usual. Just like when it went from 14 to 16. And same will happen when it goes to 20. Records should be on a per game average, then.

Shame the jets end on a whimper but they were left with a pile of sticks and stones on offense. See you at the draft I guess

If you forget that NY football exists, Yesterday was one of the best regular season days of NFL football I can remember in a long time. I was originally against it but after yesterday the NFL has me on board with week 18. Three straight OT games with 6 teams playoff lives hanging in the balance. Was incredibly dramatic.

How is the extra week related to the specifics of those games, couldn't it have happened without the extra week?

Theoretically yes, but the last few weeks, the nationally televised games have been awful. You are taking what I said too literally. Yesterday all 3 in a row were fantastic games and they just happened to be in the first ever week 18, so those games would not have happened in a 17 week schedule.

I wasn't sure if they did something with the scheduling to try and get important match ups for the final week.

I am a Bills fan, for some reason the Patriots give me an uneasy feeling. But there is no Tom Brady, only Belicek to contend with. Cautiously optimistic.

I watched the last 5 minutes of the KC-BUF game and I can honestly say I've NEVER seen anything like that. Wow.

yesterday's games were insane. I feel for Buffalo right now. KC got screwed over a few years back in OT and Buffalo last night. They need to redo the OT rules, they make no sense at all. Both teams deserve a shot.

While I agree with you that they should change, Buffalo still had a chance to make a stop.

Big Bills fan, last night was just a crazy game. Life as a Bills fan. Wide right, the Nashville Music Miracle, this one was right up there. 13 seconds to stop KC from going from their own 25 yd line to the Bills 32 yard line for the tying field goal. You don't deserve to move on. Allen deserves to move on, never seen a better performance from a QB on the losing side. Feel like the Bills missed a chance to win it all this year. A win would have put them at home against Cincy. Sort of like the Isles last year against TB in game 7. You don't know when you will get another chance as well scripted as this one. Squib kick or not. When a team starts at their 25 with 13 seconds left to tie the game, they should win. Give KC credit, but Bills D lost this one.

two words: play defense...giving up 36 in the playoffs is like Isles giving up 5 in the playoffs. It can't happen if you want a shot to win.
