Unpopular opinion, but I don't care for Tracey Chapman.

Give me one reason to not change the radio station

I just saw the clip of that house in PA exploding, holy crap. Scary.
While they haven't said what the cause was, I'm very confident it will be due to a gas line issue like it usually is. Human error is always the problem in these tragedies, and any heating system that can blow my house up because somebody hits the wrong button or connects the wrong pipe to something is not for me.

You couldn't pay me to fly in a MIG-23, especially at an airshow. That jet is one of the biggest pieces of sh*t that was ever mass produced. Very unstable and difficult to fly, especially at high speeds. An old skipper of mine flew them with the 4477th Test and Eval squadron and he hated it. It was such a beast, that only certain pilots were qualified to take it up.

I used to dream of going 2 v 4 against MIG-23s.....

The MIG-21 on the other hand, was a fantastic little fighter..

I could listen to you talk about stuff like this all day, more please.

Please no spoilers, but I am finally around to watching the final season of Better Call Saul.

It's one of those shows that as the end approaches you are almost in mourning.
I actually just finished the final season a couple of weeks ago. It's a good ending, as far as I'm concerned. Will be interested in hearing your thoughts once you through the season.

Not to spoil anything but doesn't it end right as Breaking Bad starts? I stopped watching it after season one because I knew how Saul/Jimmy ended up since it was a prequal and it never held my attention.

Some of the ending is implied because of that sequencing, yeah. Not all of it, though, and the transition is interesting in its own right to me.

The NT wildfires are absolutely rampaging. 8 communities have had to evacuate and now our city is declaring a State of Emergency. The military has been called in.

Just brutal!

We're not an immediate threat but we're definitely being proactive. I think we will have a better idea of our situation by the weekend.

Just an absolutely insane summer. Every day has been warm and we've had a total of one hour of rain in the past 2 months.
Take care.

There is still a drive-in movie in Milford NH.

The Milford Drive-In was built in 1958 and owned by a local group of people. Several area contractors contributed labor and materials during construction hoping for a share of future profits. The drive-in opened as a single screen theater with an 84 foot wooden frame screen, a combination concession, projection, and restroom building, a box office and a playground. During the 1960’s the drive-in was leased to and managed by another couple.

In 1969, the Scharmett family purchased the drive-in from the original owners and they have operated it continuously since then, except for three years during the 1970’s when the business was leased to Fall River Theater Corporation. Some of the many improvements the Scharmett’s have made over the years include: completely renovating the concession and restrooms, installing a new steel screen to replace the original wooden structure, building a new marquee, building a new box office, paving the entrance road, and being the first drive-in in New Hampshire to provide both AM and FM radio sound to its customers.

In 1984, the drive-in became a twin when additional acreage was cleared and a second screen was added. A second floor was constructed above the original building to provide room for a new projection room. At the same time the drive-in’s projection equipment was upgraded and continues to be upgraded to meet the growing technology demands of a modern operation.

Today, the Milford Drive-In is the only remaining drive-in theater in southern New Hampshire. Our patrons often drive from great distances just to enjoy the nostalgia, fun times, great food, and first run movies under the stars.

I wish I could direct some of our rain to you. It rains almost every day.

Last Summer was very dry.

Please be careful!

Going to see Old Dominion for the 3rd time in Oct. Yet, going to see Metallica as well a month after...so. Call me diverse or call me late for dinner.

I saw Tracy Chapman perform at Great Woods (it shall be forever known as Great Woods). She was very humble and taken back by the audience's reaction. I enjoyed her show. I havent really follower her much after that, I know shes's very involved in different organizations.

No, there are parts before and after the Breaking Bad story timeline. It's really part of the genius of the writing of the whole series.
