when I was in the prime of my drinking/using days, more often than not, was up when the sun came up having never slept. Got sober, found out the importance of having a good balance of diet, rest and to a lesser degree physical activity. We usually go to bed around 9 pm, turn tv off around 10, up by 5:45, typically feel well rested

I’m an anomaly.

Never drank, smoked or used drugs.

Haven‘t felt well rested at any point in my adult life.

😂

I'm officially tired of colonoscopy prep. It takes forever to drink your way through an entire bottle of Miralax.

I'm also greatly looking forward to solid food tomorrow.

God that stuff is gross. They have to find a better, easier way to clean the colon out.

Unfortunately, as someone who knows all too well, that IS the better, easier was to clean the colon out.

I know I'm an outlier, but I've done both also, and I far prefer the old way. It was over much quicker. The new way just makes you suffer longer.

A quick question, my son and daughter in law are flying into Logan next month for a family wedding. They plan to take the silver line to S.Station and then the commuter rail to Mansfield. Are there any issues with any of those lines right now? I told them I would drive them to Braintree Logan Express for the trip back to Logan early on the Sunday after. I'm not driving into Logan with the Sumner issues.

I drove to Logan for a drop off and pick up about a month ago. Unless something changed drastically I would say just drive all the way in to pick them up if you can. I drove from Fairhaven, no issues. The traffic patterns in the terminals were a little different from the last time I had been there, but close enough to what it’s always been.

I’m not aware of any issues on the commuter rail at the moment. I’d still just drive all the way in if you can

Nobody takes the Sumner anymore. It's a straight shot from 93 N to the Pike Extention (I-90 E).

Walking in now for wisdom teeth removal. All 4, plus a weird extra scrap of something.

Nervous. Very nervous.
Good luck. I had something similar. They removed all four plus a jagged piece of a baby tooth. The operation was no sweat. However, make sure you have some good meds for pain relief for the next day or two. Edit: agreed, request Demerol and have some heavy stuff for when it wears off.

I had all four of mine removed about 25 years ago. They put me under and next thing i remember was waking up in recovery with a mouth full of gauze. I didn't have any issues, but none of mine were impacted so I think that made it easier.

You can do this!! :)

Norman, OK
I still remember his beating at the hands of 3 other cops. Wondered what happened to him.
He stayed on the force until a few years ago when he became the police commissioner in Ann Arbor.

I vaguely remember what happened to him but I do remember it came a few years after John Mulligan was murdered and during a time where corruption was being uncovered.

The documentary, Trial 4 on Sean Ellis was very well done and eye opening

All prepped for the colonoscopy.... except now it will be another hour and a half before the procedure starts.

Right now I'm in a nice private room with its own bathroom, at least

If they weren't impacted, why did they remove them?

I haven't eaten anything since around 7 pm Saturday night thanks to this procedure.

I currently want the world's largest cheeseburger lol

I think I understand the term "hangry" now 😂
