I'm a little indifferent on a CBJ/NYR first round series...I definitely feel we can beat them, but I'd hate like hell to hear the 'haha, you traded us and we beat you' diatribe from the former Jackets on the Rangers if they won the series [even if they didn't come out and say it, and as pro's they shouldn't say it, but you know damn well that's how they'd feel]...I'm still a little po'ed about the Ranger game here a couple of Fridays ago...I'm tired of being looked down to by the rest of the league, especially the old school, 'chosen ones'...

Now over the final 2 games they have a game with a team that has an injured starting goalie (Tampa) and a team that has been out of it for quite a bit of time. (Florida)

Detroit has Carolina and St. Louis.

I'm liking their odds to keep hold of the 7 spot for Pittsburgh. Philly still controls their destiny so 3rd seems like a long shot to me.
