Oh F that! Nope. Nope. Nope.Back when I was a college student I was living in a pretty shitty apt and once had a sac spider infestation.
One bite won't kill you but they do bite and it's painful. Now unlike most spiders, these are aggressive f***ers that'd go out of their way to bite you if they felt like it. They also like to drop from the walls/ceiling and land on you.
That was pretty stressful, I was on high alert all the time. f***.
For all the issues that may come from black widows... they are really pretty docile spiders and won't bite you unless you provoke them. And I can say definitively, they keep the number of random bugs in my house to a minimum. One year I bombed the shit out of them in my basement, and that year I had random bugs of all kinds in my house. Since then, I've adopted a live and let live method... and outside of house spiders and flies (come on widows, kill your own!), I can probably count on one hand how many bugs I see a year inside my house.
