We have so many fans on these boards that some of them must be 13 and under.

Zegras would look great in MTL but MTL and ANA are not good trading partners unfortunately(both are starving for offence).

Anyway, I hope MTL and ANA are winning the lottery this year, it would help both franchise tremendously!

I think the only trade that would work to get Zegras to Montreal would be a 3-way deal... Montreal gives up a package for a player the Ducks need then move them 1 for 1 for Zegras (maybe small add like the Drysdale deal). Problem is, I think Montreal needs exactly the same things the Ducks do. So basically, if you had a 60+ point 22 year old 2C and wouldn't make the trade, the Ducks wouldn't either. Ducks need future top pair RD to play with Minty (defensive oriented crease clearing RD) and offense from forwards (preferably RH shot).

His style of play is wild and exciting, which Ducks fans love. He sells TONS of merch. And he's a champ when it comes to community service and Make-A-Wish kids and other charities.

I cannot stress enough how obvious at is that using his name in trade rumors is clickbait (you can find evidence of that over on Eklund's site, which has never been interesting or accurate). Zegras is a gem that Anaheim will obviously keep and support and leverage to become better.
