My personal picks for the 2023 hall of fame class, builder category Bryan Murray or Jacques Demers, player category Meghan Duggan, Alexander mogilny, Pierre turgeon, henrik lundqvist, & brindamour if not brindamour than Patrik Elias. Maybe Theo fleury over Turgeon, I think 2024 you’ll see Elias, zetterberg, datsyuk, maybe marleau if not marleau than turgeon if he doesn’t make it this year, builder wise for 2024’s class I think will be Jack Parker, 2025 I think you’ll see tkachuk & Roenick go in, along with Duncan Keith & zdeno chara, builder that year will be lindy ruff, and if marleau doesn’t make it in 2024 definitely 2026 with gonchar. Barrasso, Cassie Campbell, & Getzlaf and builder for 26 is David Poile.

I do have a question will Lanny Macdonald announce this years class or will it be Mike gartner again, gartner was an amazing player one of the top 5 to never win a cup tkachuk is top ten for me not top 5, my personal top 5 are 1 Dionne, 2 gartner, 3 Dave Taylor, 4 Gilbert Perrault , & 5 housley.

Getzlaf is not getting in on his first year of eligibility. That is absolutely certain.

He’ll go in on his second or third if he goes in on his second Bergeron will be part of that class.

This coming year only first ballot is datsyuk cuz Thornton and marleau will go in together in 2025, my other two picks are mogilny & brindamour if not mogilny and brindamour, than mogilny, zetterberg & CuJo and or osgood.

And I have Jen botterill going in next year.

I'm sure Marleau will end up in the HHOF at some point (compiled stats + GP record), but does it have to be next year? Can't he wait a while?
