Not much on wing?
You're seriously underrating Berggren. The guy put up one of the best seasons ever by an under 21 player in the SHL. Also there are other guys that look like they could be good players for us on the wing. I think we spend our 2nds on c/w types. Maybe the late 1st.
It's on the small size, but there's quite a few players that size that have been successful like Tatar. (I never use Marchand as a comparison because the little prick is ridiculously strong for his size.)The only thing that worries me about Berggren is his size...he is listed at 5'11, 185 lbs, which means he's likely 5'10, 180 lbs. He's gonna have a hard time at the NHL level.
Edit: Berggren's skill level combined with his size makes me think he's either a first liner or he's not in the NHL at all. There isn't much of an in-between for him.
benning scares me more than hollandJeebus... Vancouver...
Maybe I'm too much of a scaredy cat.
Man I wanted Eriksson for pics...
That would be sweet, I think Wadell would do it.Think Carolina would give us Jake Bean for NYR's second round pick?
Gotta take the hometown kid Luke Hughes should he fall to us at 6th.Alright, please hockey Gods let's try this a third time, give me the Hughes brother...

Don's new nickname is gonna be "Stevie's Bitch" if that happens.Think Carolina would give us Jake Bean for NYR's second round pick?
Was Tatar really much more than a fringe NHL player most of his career? It's on the small size, but there's quite a few players that size that have been successful like Tatar. (I never use Marchand as a comparison because the little prick is ridiculously strong for his size.)
I get more concerned when they're Raymond/Hirose size (160 lbs).
Berggren is gonna have a tough time because he's a playmaker and this team can't shoot, lol. We're gonna see just how bad everyone is at receiving passes and shooting, especially one timers.
He had 61 points in 68 games just last season..Was Tatar really much more than a fringe NHL player most of his career?
Are you serious? Since when is a 60 point second line winger a "fringe" NHLer?Was Tatar really much more than a fringe NHL player most of his career?
