I don’t know why everybody keeps sleeping on Bratt, right now he is a way better player than Lindblom and Olofsson and we do not have enough talent there to try and split the scoring up so why so few people have him in the top 6 baffles me.

Eeeeh, I'm not disagreeing with you. But I don't see splitting up the scoring as a bad thing here. Also I wouldn't compare Lindblom with Bratt since they're completly different players with different roles. I don't have anything against playing Bratt with either Nylander or Pettersson.

The problem here is if we try to split up the scoring we’re going to hamper the few talented ones we have. Plus Olofsson shouldn’t play at all if he goes outside of the pp he should be an extra forward.

There isn't too many big additions remaining to be added to the team. I'm thinking Grönborg should give Victor Olofsson a call. Also, I normally wouldn't consider it but I could also see Alex Nylander be given a chance here if guys like Bäckström and Järnkrok says no. If nothing else it would've been fun to give more young guys the opportunity. I could see Alex Nylander and Bratt on a line since they've had chemistry before and know each other well. I think it could also spice up a second PP. But I think it's a very low chance of it happening and I can't say I'm sure adding Alex would really make the team stronger.

Lines could look something like this (assuming William Nylander comes):

Lindblom - W Nylander - Olofsson
Bratt - Krüger - A Nylander
Eriksson - A Kempe - M Kempe

you should switch A.Kempe and Kruger. Kempe is much better offensively than kruger. Kempe had 8 points in 10 wc games.

lander is okay. top khl player. gritty. was voted best player in khl playoff last season. last time Lander played in WC he had 7 points in 8 games.

Jacob Josefsson is a top player in the SHL. Says it all really.

Bad excuses for losing:

Too few forward stars, för lite brunkare, third line defenders who play second line, two chefs (Chefs Marc et Henri) in the kitchen is never a good thing, should have known russian stars are too good for us, three medals is a crowd and statistically a threepeat is nearly impossible AND the U.S. Hockey Federation development programme is something we have to look closer at.

I kinda want Larsson with OEL, they had such great chemistry last year. I do get what you’re saying though.

Either way four solid playmakers how you want to spread them out may be different, from what I’ve seen so far in the worlds Swedens most effective lines have for the most part had atleast two good playmakers.

Larsson was the only point of solidity in 2016 and was hands down the best defenseman at the worlds last year. He has a history of coming up HUGE for Sweden.

Ekholm is in. We will rely heavy on our defense as usual.

Such an important addition to the defense. Not only is Ekholm a great defenseman, our depth becomes so much better. Skilled defensemen are so important, especially in Sweden's puck moving game plan. As expected, Nylander wanted redemption for his tough season and that's nice to hear. This team is forming up to look quite solid in time for the WHC to start.

Calgary’s fans seem to wanna put him in Monahans centerspot as soon as next season. Peters has also said he seems him as a center going forward.

I didn't put that much thought in to this. It was more about Olofsson and A Nylanders to be or not to be in the lineup. But Krüger is a solid C. Not all 3 on a line have to be offensive, it's also a balance i believe. Krüger is great defensively, great at faceoffs and underrated offensively. But again, not my main focus with my post.
