He does not play the center, he hasn't played the center since he got here.

He hasn't played the hockey in almost a year he's not playing center.

I half expect him to be in a trade for a center because you need to make the money work.

He does not play the center, he hasn't played the center since he got here.

He hasn't played the hockey in almost a year he's not playing center.

I half expect him to be in a trade for a center because you need to make the money work.

At the Two and One Million dollars, if he can't play the center, he is of use none for us.

They seem to be fine assuming Hakanpaa on LTIR - especially having to send down on of Steeves/Holmberg/Reaves to get down to 23 man roster

Does Steeves require waivers if we send gim down or was he an emergency recall?
My guess is we waive Reaves not sure anyone would claime him (maybe Minny)

Solid middle 6 regular season player, absolutely awful playoff performer.

I've looked up the numbers before, wont go into it again but with 93 career playoff games his production is historically bad. As in he produces equal to or worse than most pure goons while getting middle 6 usage and secondary PP time.

Yeah, honestly the ONLY reason to play him now is in hopes that he catches someone’s eye before the trade deadline. We should be looking to basically give him away for nothing if necessary to get rid of his cap.

He is not part of the solution here and he’s proven that very clearly in his playoff career. Ineffective and very vanilla

Agreed. There's nothing worse than losing to the Bruins or Habs. I have friends and co-workers who supposedly "follow" both teams, and they just live to cheer against the Leafs. So they make my life miserable if the Leafs lose to either one.

So winning even regular season games against BOS (or MTL) feels like the Cup to me.

Holmberg is a cheap utility player who can play C. We might need that, if for some reason we have to move Kampf out for cap reasons.
