WC: Team Sweden 2019 roster

I'd have Bratt and Pettersson on different lines, to spread the playmaking out. We don't have any other playmakers.

I just want to see them together as they would make a great line. Add in E.Lindholm and they'd be a fantastic two-way line too.

Wow, Lundqvist. Would've never thought that. I assumed he was done with the World Championship after winning the gold. This might be the last time we see him in the national team, doubt he will still be good enough come 2022 Olympics
 
Must suck to be Markström. I assume he accepted the invitation thinking he would be the starter. Due to Lundqvist status, it is probably not enough to outplay him. Unless Lundqvist gets injured or shits the bed completely, I can't see the management team going with Markström in the knock-out rounds.

Two pros with the ability to get along with people. Also knowing who is better (hotter) at the moment. No problems. Maybe even relieved the other is there to challenge / backup.

Well, there is no way to forsee who gets the starting job now. Very good nonetheless makes it easier to get additions from the first round.

Expressen is saying Rasmus Dahlin declined the invitation, at the same time hockeynews is saying he accepted the invite but the sabres have yet to release him, up is down, left is right.
Seriously Dahlin TWO declined invites at the tender age of 19. Go represent some other f***ing team. Sorry for the outburst, but REALLY?!

That’s weird because NONE of our NHL players seems to have any problems at all playing under Grönborg, infact he seems to be a major reason why so many have accepted their invites the past two years. So this theory seems half-baked.

I totally understand you, if he is one of those never show up guys, that would be really unfortunate for Sweden.
Interesting thing is that in Buffalo, essentially worst team in NHL last couple of years, there are quite a few players like that, see Ristolainen for example. One would say that since they have never been able to reach play-ofs they would like to she themselves in better light representing, but no...
