Are they confirmed not having invitations?Canada calls Mangiapane and Huberdeau to the national team, but does not call Kadri and Tippett. Where is the logic?

Korchinski, Zellweger, Sanheim, Dunn, Severson could all be options, barely any RD tho.Ouch. The alternatives on D is kind of thin now after the top 3. Durzi is RFA, Drysdale (and Guhle?) injured, Walman... (Who knows there). Whos next in line? Joseph and?
FWIW Torts and Shaw were playing Sanheim on the right all season, so he can play there if they need him to.Korchinski, Zellweger, Sanheim, Dunn, Severson could all be options, barely any RD tho.
As per Danny Briere, Drysdale might need to get surgery on his lower body/core area. That'll likely rule him out.
I said before , he will compete for JapanI'd have considered Suzuki for the olympics but now I think his chances should probably be 0 unless he has a good reason for this.
Its not a easy job to be GM , some will say yes , some will say i need to talk to my family etc , at the same time you don't wanna do others disappointed when others said yes after 3 days thinking , some will say yes if my club will allow , some will say yes if medical say ok, some will say yes if Hockey Canada call meAre they confirmed not having invitations?

At the Calgary press conference, only Mangiapane and Huberdeau were told that they had received invitations to the national team. Are they confirmed not having invitations?
Tippett plays for Philadelphia Flyers. At the Calgary press conference, only Mangiapane and Huberdeau were told that they had received invitations to the national team.
I'm talking about KadriTippett plays for Philadelphia Flyers.
Tippett will become the leader of Philadelphia and will score more than 70 points every season. Mark my words. I hope he accepts the invitation.True. It would be a little surprising if they didnt get any.
I thought he would be on this team for sure, looking like I was wrong.Tippett will become the leader of Philadelphia and will score more than 70 points every season. Mark my words. I hope he accepts the invitation.
We have to wait, maybe there will be some news in the next few days.I thought he would be on this team for sure, looking like I was wrong.
Yeah if I'm team Canada I'm letting both Konecny and Suzuki know already it's a thanks but no thanks for 4 nations and Olympics. Need to start setting a standard for bubble players.Suzuki turning it down is pretty inexcusable. Enough to take him from outside bubble with a chance to fully out of consideration for the four nations squad.
Yes.We have to wait, maybe there will be some news in the next few days.
He probably doesn't make the 4 nations squad anyways and guys have families, might have injuries ect.....no judgments here.Suzuki turning it down is pretty inexcusable. Enough to take him from outside bubble with a chance to fully out of consideration for the four nations squad.
I mean...if he wants to he should be playing. There needs to be a higher expectation for some of these younger guys that want to break into best on best tournaments. Wanting to hit the links with your boys isn't a good enough excuse. Though at the end of the day it is his decision to make, don't cry if he gets left on the outside of the teams he actually would pick over a vacation or golf.He probably doesn't make the 4 nations squad anyways and guys have families, might have injuries ect.....no judgments here.
Any proof that he is hitting the links or is that HF boards 101 for all non playoff teams smack?I mean...if he wants to he should be playing.
