According to Flames-fans and forums Huberdeau has actually played good since new year. So i think he would be a good asset. (Even if his contract is bad).

I would like to see him go just for him to play on a different roster with different coaching staff and see if he can get some of his confidence and touch back. He can’t have just completely forgotten how to play hockey.

That being said you hate to bring too many players on down years.
