True. If that is the case, we are DESPERATE !!!!If Lucic is in Canada top 6, then theres a massive problem with the team

Even if those guys did accept, they'd likely be top 6 or third line at worse. Kent Johnson got a ton of ice time last tournament, despite only having a handful of games played in the NHLThe bubble was two years ago, and he was not good at all in that Edmonton series last year, he’s only regressed since then. That spot would be much better served for guys like Foerster, Hayton, McTavish, Johnson, Krebs, etc. provided that they ever accepted an invite.
First line LW.Maybe he going as the hockey stick guy
Or future coach
Anyways , what sizes trowel can I use to lay ditra over plywood ?
Do you mean "never"?If I was building a list of the last players I'd ever select for this event, Lucic would be one of the first names to come to mind.

Fair enough - now I get what you were trying to say.Nope I'm pretty sure you're reading it wrong.
"List of the last players I'd ever select"
Expecting it at any moment now.i hope today they annouce Marchand - Crosby - MacKinnon line and i dont care if some lucic is or is not in roster
Veleno and McBain also confirmed.
I remember when Walman was going to play for USA at the WJC until the rules got in the way. Then he got injured and couldn't play for Canada either.Jake Walman was previously confirmed to be going to the Worlds (which was ambiguous as he was eligible for both Canada and the US) and is not on the Team USA roster. Presumably that means he chose the right country to play for and will be filling one of those open vacancies on the blueline
It couldn't possibly be better with only 11 guysI just went over to the USA chat and saw their roster.
It’s not a good roster but it is young. Canada roster won’t be any better.
Is walman going to be on this team Canada ?
It could be fun when Canada/USA host the WC, and all Europe teams just show up with Half Amateur teams, then see the reactionsLet's see if our Canadian brethren can do better than the U.S. squad named today. The bar is low! LOL!
After the season he had, I'm disappointed Huberdeau didn't offer to go.Apparantly seven players from Flames was asked to play in the WC.
Weegar, Toffoli, Lucic. And then probably Huberdeau, Mangiapane, Kadri and a mystery player.
He’s too busy playing hockey balleAfter the season he had, I'm disappointed Huberdeau didn't offer to go.
It hasn't been hosted in North America since 2008, as far as I'm aware that's the ONLY time either Canada (it was in Halifax that year) or the USA has ever hosted it. Seems like Canada and the USA just aren't interested in making bids, as the other usual suspects have had multiple goes since then. It's the total opposite in the World Juniors, which feel like they're perennially in Canada or a border U.S. town.It could be fun when Canada/USA host the WC, and all Europe teams just show up with Half Amateur teams, then see the reactions

Thats at deal IIHF have made sadly enough, all about the money. But still have a sport where the World championship is not seen as the world champion is ridiculousIt hasn't been hosted in North America since 2008, as far as I'm aware that's the ONLY time either Canada (it was in Halifax that year) or the USA has ever hosted it.
