I really hope we don’t send to many old guys who really won’t be able to keep up with the youngsters. Staal deharnais and whoever is nearing 40 should not be on this team. We will lose , might as well lose with youngsters. Thos old guys won’t be able to keep up on big ice sorry to say

Staal will be fine as a bottom 6. Him and Perry were decent for the habs

I wonder what they are thinking when they invite Ho-Sang. He was fired by 2 SHL clubs last season.

Another one is Brandon Gormley, not good enough in SHL. Not good enough in KHL. Not good enough in Liiga. Why is he on the team?

What an oppurtunity for McTavish! How bizarre would it be to win an Olympic medal for Canada before even completing your rookie year in the NHL!

This could be Ho Sangs chance to earn a 2way deal with Toronto. He will probably be relied up heavy to generate offence in China. Him and McTavish may look good together

Lines?

Desharnais - Staal - Weal
Tambellini - Knight - Carr
Street - McTavish - Winnik
Cracknell - O Dell - Ferraro
Mcbain, Ho Sang

Barberio - Grant
Power - Noreau
Demers - Robinson
Gormley - Wotherspoon

Pasquale i assume is nr 1 goalie.

Its a good team. Will battle for the medals. The 4th line is classic canadian checking-line. 3 physical players.
