Canucks cannot finished worse than 11th.

Lol Not happening. I put a bunch of money on Canucks because it's as guaranteed of a win as you will find. I could see the Canucks losing to coyotes but no way they will lose to the ducks tomorrow

Or just call up Tanya Harding so OEL spends the rest of his career on LTIR.

in no world should you trade a top 10 pick in this year's draft. Cost controlled years of a potential core piece is priceless. Yes, there are ways to send OEL to pasture.

I am trying to be realistic about the goals of “the organization”.

Other teams always find ways to get out of bad contracts with LTIR. If you have to sit him in the press box for months so he gets the hint to Robidas retire ...so be it. It's a business and he's not one of the top 6 defenseman so the Canucks don't owe him anything other than money. He's free to collect his money in the press box. He can waste his time practicing every day or he can go on LTIR where he's free to relax on a beach/play golf.
 
Solid night, looks like the Tocchet bump has worn off. It's just a shame that we play the Ducks next, EP is going to feast on that team
