a) I haven’t been taking great care of myself lately. Having a baby, buying a house, new role at work, lots going on and easy to ignore self-care. Added a few lbs in the stomach after having not lifted in a few months. Been trying to take some steps to fix that lately.

b) I’m not particularly superstitious, in fact in most cases I’d say I’m “anti-superstitious.”

That said…
