Reimer would likely be the odd man out when Mrazek gets back from injury and due to the emergence of Nedeljkovic... but his .907 is certainly better than an .897.Over the years the only successful keepers we ever had were those that stood on their heads. This organization year in year out fails miserably at team defense. Look no further than Carolina with James Reimer .907 Save% with a 13-4 record. Is he any better than Andersen?
The Leafs have given up the fewest shots against within the division and have given up the second fewest goals against within the division. Defensive breakdowns do happen, but Andersen has let those breakdowns turn into goals against more often than not since March 2019.
The team has improved, Andersen has not. I don’t know how many times this needs to be said.
