Pontus Holmberg have a shot?
Is this a team of depth forwards and somewhat highskill D? Could Raymond/Gunler /Holtz or Zion Nybeck cut it ? Would any of them be an upgrade?
Next year of course, but this year they are too youngMaby next year?
Have they announced where camp will be?

Next year they should be our top forwards. I'd personally give Gunler a shot this year just for the PP we'd get with him.Maby next year?
This team won't have any star players among forwards, but on the other hand lack no depth. For me it's a question of what type of roleplayers Montén prefers.
Södergran is probably ahead of his Linköping HC teammate Lyksell.
Leufvenius is a big body and like few of the u20 players he has actually produced well at international tournaments this season, he's also used to playing on smal rinks already.
Sylfvergård is a gritty nasty player that I think this team needs and I'm 99% sure he will make the team.
Fagemo brings a playstyle I perhaps never seen from a swedish player in SHL, he always brings the puck to the net and is not scared of any traffic going into the area infront of the net. I also think he would excell on the smaller North American rinks.
I think this team needs players like Leufenius, Sylfvegård and Fagemo in this tournament. If I'm right it will probably come at the expense of players such as Lyksell and Sveningsson.
Perhaps you're right. I don't know much about Leufvenius at all. I just had the feeling he would make the team based on weak swedish performances during the fall. Seems I was right too.Leufvenius has only played against B-rosters internationally. He put up points but it was Höglander who did most of the work on his line. Remember Filip Ahl from a couple of years ago? Yeah, me neither. Leufvenius is something similar, he won't be able to keep up. Let's bring some speed and energy instead.
50/50 I'd say. 4 spots will be taken by Brännström, Liljegren, Sandin, & Boqvist. Which leaves 3 open spots, 1 of which will be for Monten's favorite Ginning. What are the chances Lundkvist makes it?
What are the chances Lundkvist makes it?
So the defense is pretty much set for the WJC? (Assuming Liljegren, Sandin & Brännström comes)
Liljegren
Brännström
Sandin
Ginning (Montén favorite, captain last tournament)
Boqvist
Westerlund (final cut last year)
Johansson (Montén favorite)
Barring injuries I'd be very surprised If Montén left any of the above out. Sandin, Westerlund and Ginning would be far from locks if I were to decide.
Zero chances to make the team. How does Linus Karlsson stack up?
Won’t make it, selected to the U18 campI really hope Söderström gets a shot, but it is Monten we're talking about.
Sylvegård should be there, Monten made this team so boring by leaving out Sylvegård and Wernblom.Lmao bäck and höglander instead of sylvegård and eriksson. Suprised too see ragnarsson.
