I’m not sure Brantford can afford to give up a player right now. Xhekaj probably isn’t on the trade block this week. I think a team would have to make an offer Brantford has to consider

For F.Xhekaj; no. I’d prefer Xhekaj over Pharrand now, but both in one trade is a pretty big over payment I think.

Sudbury Wolves have added 17-year-old defenceman Trevor O’Dell, whose rights they acquired from Windsor last month, to roster ahead of tonight’s #OHL action against Guelph. Has been playing with Toronto Patriots in #OJHL. Braydon Bruce also called up from Espanola of #NOJHL.

He’s getting second line PP minutes and had his share of TOI resulting in 2 goals. Bench management is giving more time to those players who have the extra step tonight. No complaints here. Holding Guelph to 11 shots after two periods is pretty darn good in my books.

Thought Protz was having a really good showing tonight as well.

Delic line - solid
Pharhand - continues to struggle. I don't even like him on the PK. I feel bad for him really.

When the wolves play within their system, their tuff to beat. The opposition can't create offence and the wolves just keep pressing until mistakes are made and the puck is in the opponents net. Very good winning formula.

Big tilt Sunday. Wolves have 12 more games with NB and the Soo if I'm correct. That's 24 points.

I liked the lines tonight…when 1st line gets some more games together they have the ability to be the best line in the CHL. IMO

There's a good argument that if he went -4 he was a key to the wolves winning

Bummed I missed the game because I hear Protz had a good one.

I really like him - some growing pains in the early season but I think he's got that "it" factor and wants to be a difference maker. I see him developing into a very good D for us.

He along with DeAngelos had an outstanding game.
