Bummed I missed the game because I hear Protz had a good one.

I really like him - some growing pains in the early season but I think he's got that "it" factor and wants to be a difference maker. I see him developing into a very good D for us.
Great gap control and smart and patient with the puck. Also showed a nice physical side tonight. It scouts are real Good.

Ya, something is off with him based on his play. This should be a breakout year and he seems to be regressing. He has the tools.

Yep. Seen his two goals. Impressive .What does he need to work on
Well, this new coaching staff has everyone playing 200 foot hockey hard. Every night every shift.

In the past, Rehkropf was critiqued as taking nights off. Before this year, He played all around the lineup as the Rangers tried to spread out scoring. That may have lead some to believe he was taking nights off.

This year, from what I’ve seen live and on TV, he hasn’t taken a shift off let alone a night.

Perhaps he's the key to the Wolves winning the OHL Championship lol.

Hamilton traded him to Peterborough, they won.

Petes traded him to Sudbury, they won.
I think it was more the players they received for him. Mason McTavish and Chase Stillman were key elements to their team’s championship wins.

Hey Wolves fans. Just curious. Any talk of Chromiak and where he may end up lately?

There are a few teams interested but not offering much. IMO, he’ll go to an East division team for little return

Could he be Part of a package sent to Kitchener? Martin, Brzustewicz or Rehkopf

That would be great except that you’d have to give up Mesar or Hamara. . Would be interested in any of the three.

Not many teams could afford that package IMO.
I don’t think he meant all three. He said Brzustewicz or Rehkropf.

That being said, I don’t think we can afford to entertain bringing in Chromiak. It would mean we would have to trade one of Hamara or Mesar this week. I can’t see that happening. Also, I don’t think it’s wise to go into next year with Chromiak on our roster. What if the two imports we drafted at the last import draft report in September? Then we’d find ourselves in the same boat Sudbury’s in right now with three imports.

I think the reason why Chromiak has not been moved yet is because Sudbury’s having a hard time getting value for him. I would not be surprised if they have to either wave him, or take next to nothing for him in trade.

They are at a disadvantage regarding this player.

It does not help the wolves that Kingston at 0.385 holds waiver priority among teams that might most want Chromiak.
