Maybe the most pressing issue is “the barber shop hair cam” and the “floss cam” and singing sweet Caroline at the end of the game. It looks like Dario is happy with a semi full arena and people buying beers. I don’t think these guys know how to win or even give a shit about it.

It sucks being a wolves fan.
Wolves continue to be in the conversation for the least successful franchise in the OHL for a reason. They don't deserve the quality of the fanbase they have.

Seems like a lot of this individual play has gotten worse since the arrival of Dvorsky. Not in any way saying that’s the kid’s fault but maybe it’s a too many big fish in a small pond mentality. Almost seems like they’re competing with each other instead of against the opponent.
It’s more noticeable for sure but the extended shifts, early zone exits and undisciplined play from certain team members has been going on right from the beginning of the year. They just are never disciplined for it like everyone else

My problem is, we've all seen these players play without these issues for much of the second half of last year.

What is the difference? Pretty glaring.

Gaulton starting in North Bay today

Vondras not even dressed is odd since it was stated in the post game interview that Krawchuk never got the start because he was ill. Well backing up to Gaulton tells me he is still sick and Vondras is maybe nursing an injury we didn't know anything about. Otherwise Krawchuk would be starting or in bed at home. Would like to know more about this development.

Was just about to say, I really like the idea of Walton on a line with Dvorsky and Goyette, and they go out and score. Good start

Edit: Looks like Villneuve was the third player, on their twitter account they have Walton listed as the winegr on the line.

Beauty goal by McCallum, Delic and Konyen as well.

Wolves go up 2 early then get a PP which almost has North Bay score short handed. Turns the momentum and North Bay presses and catches all 3 Wolves forwards moving forward as puck is turned over as the Bay comes in on a 3 on 2 and Nelson scores from the slot with a good shot.

North Bay capitalizes at the end of a PP on poor coverage in the slot.

Coaching needs to address this as I don't think the forwards are playing smart through the middle of the ice. Should always be one guy laying back and following the play in the event of a turnover. Just simply not smart hockey.

Surely they'll adapt during intermission, right? :)

Powerplay is an embarrassment to the game of hockey. We watch better teamwork during the intermission timbits games.

And these idiots will probably bring him back to replace Ken.
Oh man, the price is right. It would be a hilarious trainwreck.

Taking Dvorsky off the top PP, while keeping McCallum on it is certainly an interesting choice.

Maybe the best strategy is just take a quick retaliatory penalty so we don’t need to play with a man advantage.

Maybe we should find a way to get Larmand back in the lineup, I think we've found his role.

I feel bad for Gaulton. This team is giving him nothing to work with. 3rd stringer against a well coached talented team when his team wanted to be at home watching football.
