So assuming the person Dorval was speaking to on his ear piece was Brent Gauvreau. Who's behind the bench tonight.

good discipline game. Everyone played well. Need to play this way on a regular basis. London backup did have a rough night, but Wolves capitalize on it.
Wolves played incredibly disciplined, despite a lot of dirty play by London. I thought Pharand had a really good game in particular despite not hitting the scoresheet. If he can keep that physicality up he's a much better player.

Nice win. Didn't see London's best on the ice and in the crease tonight as they played in the bay last night. Nonetheless, a good win and hopefully build on it and play well in Oshawa Sunday.

Haven't seen a lot of games lately but man was Dvorsky good - not afraid to move laterally or backwards to control the play and then advance forward again. Our best player.

All around good game - needed this one.

Cowan & Barkey benched in the 3rd.
north bay soften them up for you lol

I'd really like to see the wolves pursue Florian Xhekaj. Would add a different element to the team which would benefit the wolves.

Would be a presence in front of the net. He's tough, can score and would create space for others. Everyone around would play bigger knowing you have him roaming the ice

I'd put him on a line with Dvorksy and Musty.

Watched that game last night. Quite the battle. Lots of after the whistle stuff. London didn't play their best tonight but the wolves showed up. Best I've seen the play since the beginning of the season.

Hopefully the players can carry this momentum and end the Sudbury Wolves losing streak Sunday in Oshawa.

Meh one game means nothing. Sudbury has a team loaded with talent. The power play was awful still, and if we were playing the knights in a seven game series, Hunter would make the adjustments needed to beat us.

Been thinking about something wondering other thoughts.Should the Wolves have kept Chromiak and gone with Chuck and developed the youngster instead of bringing over Vonderas?
I know hind sight is often 20-20 but seems to me Chuck is ready for that job and Chromiak would have been helpful on our current blue line. Gaulton is raw but I see the potential in the kid just wondering what others think

No! Chromiak wouldn’t have received the icetime and we got valuable picks needed for upcoming trades. Vonderas will be fine he has been dealing with an illness for weeks and really should not have started since the Flint game. Once healthy he will be our guy. Chuck will be a solid back up.

everything is 20-20, Vondras is a 5th round NHL draft pick, hard not to run with him. Krawchuk is a good backup at the moment, I think he could be possibly ready for starting roll next season. Vondras being out be a good time for Krawchuck to make a statement, good competition.

Gens had no business in the game. Pp same thing (need to shoot more). Difficulty on the pk. Glad for the win nonetheless. Good offensive output.

Start gaulton tomorrow.
