Braydon has more finesse but it's in the McCallum nature to be a bit of a pest... to me, it just equates to more potential and higher ceiling
Makes a good argument, but the underlying numbers tell the story. This teams needs structure. The power play is a mess and the d-zone coverage is ok at best. Limiting shots from the opponent starts in the neutral zone. KMac should watch some Frank Corrado videos on structure teams are using and see if he can learn a thing or two.
Yes no doubt. Let’s just see what these next 10 games bring as Mr Giffen suggests.

Ethan Larmand failing upwards lol

"Ethan Larmand will be completing his over age season with the Halifax Mooseheads of the QMJHL.

“We would like to thank Ethan for all his dedication and leadership to the organization, and entire Greater Sudbury community over the past four plus seasons.” said Wolves VP and General Manager Rob Papineau. “He is a true leader, and we wish him success in Halifax and with the rest of his career.”

Ethan was drafted 26th overall by the Wolves in 2019 and has played 169 games over four seasons recording 62 points, 32G-30A, and 183 penalty minutes. The Sudbury Wolves would like to wish him the best of luck in his future hockey career.

The Sudbury Wolves are set to host the London Knights for Shoresy night Friday at 7:05pm. Tickets are on-sale now at greatersudbury.ca/tickets and at the Sudbury Arena Box Office."

Looks like they are excited to have him and he will be in the lineup right away. Best of luck to him. WIll prob be hearing his name com Memorial Cup time. Unlike the wolves the Mooseheads have lived up to the preseason rankings.

Halifax Mooseheads fan venturing on to this board- just want to get some viewpoint on Larmand.

He played well tonight considering he travelled and hardly had any sleep.

Larmand is a good player. Never really progressed after a really promising start to his OHL career. Good on faceoffs, and a good penalty killer but limited offensively. Has had a tendency to take bad penalties at bad times. He's a good player but he's not a needle mover. Good bottom 6 centerman on a good team. If Toure doesn't get sent back from the AHL he'd still be here. Good luck to him in Halifax!

He was a part of the Wolves Leadership group and from what I’ve read over the years he has high end character. He won’t hurt your team in a defined role. As mentioned, great face of man and useful on PK.

Tonight really feels like a win-win game.

If the Wolves win, beating London is always as good as it gets. No better team to beat.

If the Wolves lose, one loss closer to the team making changes.

Is the "sick, bug, illness" excuse that has "swept through the Wolves dressing room" during this current losing streak still in play for tonight's game? Or is this team healthy now and no more excuses?

We probably won’t know until after the game if the wolves have recovered from the convenient excuse.

The losing sickness bug is real! The only cure is winning!

Seems pretty silly to light a card on fire for a guy who is not an ohl caliber player and is 19. Especially considering the last few times they've played him he's o ly gotten 5-6 shifts.

Boulton is an absolute classless thug. Get this goon out of the league.

Van Bommel sneaks in the headbutt on Konyen in a scrum. Hunter hockey is alive and well.
