Was MacCallum, Clear trip as he was exiting his own zone with puck. There's no way refs didn't see it. No call so figure ok they are letting them play. Then we get the two penalties. It was as clear as clear could be for me.... One-sided reffing right at the end.
Unfortunately his reputation proceeds him at times. He embelishes a lot and is vocal so it's to be expected even when it's not right.

Wolves organization should send this to the league.
No need to send in the tape
MacCallum drew the penalty on Akeu when he embellished his fall into the goalie. Wasn’t getting another call
Robinson is slow and often using his reach to recover being beaten. He missed the stick on a reach in and high sticked the Barrie player
Villenuve unfortunately was beat by a rushing player and unfortunately instinctively stuck his stick out and tripped the player
Clarke was chirping after the OT goal which was classless especially for a Team Canada member, which the Wolves players riled up

Very happy with our performance today. Unfortunate, however, that we had to take a back to back penalties late in the game and overtime.

Super impressed with Krawchuck. I think he's shown enough to be considered as our #1. I was also impressed with Musty's game today. I thought he might be a little rusty after missing so many games. This stretch of upcoming games, especially against Oshawa is very important. Can't wait to have Goyette and Delic back.

Go Wolves Go.

I for one, am shocked the referees were in favor of the team with the son of the director of officiating on it.

Derek not happy

I was impressed that he didn’t want to go the easy route and blame the loss solely on the ref
As much as it was a blown call earlier on the Wolves, he’s right it was a winnable game and we didn’t win. You can really see the difficulty finishing. Why don’t they shoot more !? Barrie tied the game on a simple point shot. Should have simplified their game and should have played with more urgency when the game was tied.
Well Goyette back Friday and head barely above water. Hopefully no more reckless decisions as only Delic has an acceptable reason to be out.
On a positive note hey look what happens when you get goaltending. Two goals allowed in two games. Not sure it’s only because the defence miraculously got better ……you need goaltending to help with defensive errors, they’re going to happen. Great job by the Wolves in tightening things up though. Looking at schedule I think Oshawa has the tougher of the two. If they’re good enough and deserve it they’ll get in. If not they’re weren’t good enough and won’t have deserved it.

Don’t look now but we might be in unfamiliar territory as we may have a #1 goaltender on our hands!! Congrats Chucky on being named OHL goalie of the week…well deserved. I personally like how the team has eased this kid into the net. Confidence is growing. Keeper going young man.

Because it's been 4 years since Ukko-Pekka Luukkonen 😁

In my opinion, goaltending is the most important position in hockey. Having a budding star in our hands is a luxury for us. I'm very happy and excited for this young man.

Great for Chucky but let’s give credit to the team how they have cleaned up play in their own end. D Mack has really schooled them on play in their own end. This team can be very dangerous if they make the playoffs, hoping for the best.

Only issue I see is the PP and scoring on opportunities. Besides the first line the others weren't blessed with the greatest hands. It is what it is. Hope it improves with more chances to score

My thoughts, with the big 3 out others have had more playing time and given more opportunities. I see this as a positive over the last 20 games…what we are seeing now and over the last month is just the beginning of what DM will do with this team. I expect a big run coming up,Sarina will be tough tomorrow night but a great measuring stick…

My kid has played against this kid and he's a force...just like his old man.
Absolutely loved his old man. Tough as nails. Have an old tape of him going toe to toe with Vandenbushe in Cornwall, not sure about the spelling but he was one tough customer. Come to think of it. I also saw him go toe to toe with Lindros in Oshawa , giving up quite a bit of height but it was a good even fight. A real gamer with some skill mixed in.

Wolves have lost to a team coming in on a back to back.
Too often.
