I think the team in the covid shortened season was also good. But still thatsxwhat two in 15 years
That team was deep at forward, but a bit weak at both D & G to fare well vs the Petes or ‘67s.
For two round wolves teams I like the 2011 team that swept the #2 seeded ‘67s. I don’t think there was really a chance for the wolves to beat Missasauga, but it was an unfortunate for fans and for Marcus Foligno to finish his career with an injured knee.

What a joke of a league. Are they comparing him to repeat offenders?? What’s the rationale on giving a top 10 player in the league 4 games. Are we heading backwards where the thought is the league is opposed to having playoff games in the North! This really does impact this team. 2 games at most this is nonsense. Hope the Wolves appeal this decision.

Ouch that's a huge blow to this team losing Goyette for the next three games against North Bay, Mississauga and Barrie. Massive blow. And missing Delic and Musty to boot. I've been impressed with how Villeneuve and Walton have stepped up their games, that will need to continue but it's alot to ask of these 2006's. The team in general is playing good under MacKenzie. Some big wins. Problem is Oshawa, Hamilton, Mississauga are getting big wins as well. Going to be a dog fight to make the playoffs. Not making the playoffs would be a huge disappointment, Wolves need some playoff experience

Buying season tickets to watch a league suspend players with multiple games. This is out of hand. If the Pilon twins played today they would literally be suspended after every game they play. I’m not only taking about Sudbury losing players as well. Stillman from the Pete’s was suspended for such minor stuff. Team ownership and management need to start addressing these issues. It does nothing to help the product. 3 fight rule ignites other stupid stuff. The league does it to themselves I wonder if they realize that! So much can be debated on this topic. So frustrating!

Wonder if the Wolves have found any callups or if they're still going to play tonight shorthanded.

going to be a rough week I think, put this one behind us, hopefully we get some bodies for Friday.

Knew they would not be getting the win with all the players out, but that was honestly one of the worst efforts I've seen in that rink in a long time.

Hard to watch this tonight. From the opening draw the Wolves well at least most of them anyway looked uninterested and appeared to have waved the white flag after the 2nd goal.

North bay was without a few key players as well. So that can’t be an excuse for not coming out and trying to keep this game close.

North Bay toyed with us all night.

Game tonight was rough. That is all about the game. The spectators tonight were absolutely atrocious, not just the 7 clueless people “sitting” in front of me… smh… can we get some ushers? That would make me a very happy boy!

The city is responsible for supplying ushers, this is what Dario told me last year. I have been in at least 8 rinks over the last few years and without question Sudbury has the worst fans when it comes to etiquette. We are referred to as Sudbury Saturday Night beer drinking mining town mentality fans because of a few. People leaving their seats and returning during play. Parents letting their kids scream and carry on without even watching the game. Just look at the beer cans all over the place after a Friday game. The city has to present a venue that fans can enjoy watching their team. It is not fair to the majority of fans that just want a fun night out. What do others think?

I could not agree with you more!!

Our seats are in the club area. Every game we have people who have lesser tickets sitting in the empty seats around us. We have showed up late to find a row of 7-8 people sitting in our seats as well as the other season holder seats next to us that we know didnt give their tickets to. Some of these people get belligerent and have suggested WE sit in other empty seats around us. Of course we didnt. At a game in november we even had people sit in our seats between periods while we went to the concession area.
Years ago they use to have a person standing at the upper entrances to check people as they came in but that stopped. Doesnt work well when you dont have anyone stopping people at the 3 lower entrances.
As one guy around us said he is going to buy end zone seats then just wander over and sit in the club seats and save himself 200 dollars.
And yes we have lots of people who dont follow the simple etiquette of waiting for a break in the game before moving around

Maybe post reminders on the new video board but that still does not address the morons that don’t know how to read.

End zone above the net is the best view imo. It’s been >15 years since protective netting went up around the end zone. I love that it is the only place I will sit and it is still a cheaper seat.

I'm in Sec 19 and don't really have to many issues. There are some older than me timers in the area that have had Seasons tix forever that police the area pretty good. If anyone starts moving in our rows while play is going on they are reminded nicely once of the ettiquete required to sit in Sec. 19...second Warning is not so nicely.

Didn't see it with my own eyes but i've heard Musty is back on the ice with the team...unsure of at what capacity. His return can't not come quick enough.
