I joke sometimes about not knowing the names of some of the players on the Blues at the beginning of the season, but in reality I know them all. But now, I literally don't know some of these guys at all. It just doesn't seem to matter, they keep accumulating points and winning a lot of games.

No point in complaining that the Blues didn't get shut down due to Covid. (The real mistake was not putting Perron on LTIR immediately.) If they're going to win games anyway, let's keep playing!

We just don’t have the depth on D to trade anybody imo.

At the moment we do not, but even moving into the next off season, I don't want to hold a prospect with Perunovich's potential as our 7th D either. That value needs to be traded.

It wouldn't surprise me to see them send Perunovich and Kostin down when they are healthy. Kostin for conditioning Perunovich for playing time.

We're heavily deep in goalie depth though. Not saying we need to do anything, right now it looks like our answers are all in-system, so why trade anything if we don't need to? Our future has never been brighter.

Solid victory from a team that refuses to give up no matter who goes down or how short we are. Can't beat that!

The thing is, Perunovich only needs playing time from a conditioning point of view. He's already too good for the AHL but also doesn't play the right style we need him to unless Krug can't play.
