That probably encompasses the whole organization. There is a ton of work because they just spent two decades under Melnyk spending as little as they could on every area and he couldn't play nice. Total overhaul was/is required.

This is exactly what I got out of that too. There's a million things that go on behind the scenes of an organization, from top to bottom, that have little to do with player/personnel selection.
