Plus this thing has been building since Game 1 with the constant whining from The French Fairy and Prust. The league should have put an end to this by letting everyone know the play by Kreider was a legal hockey play. Then if they kept bringing this up in press conferences, that there would fines imposed

You are exactly right. The league showed no leadership and left the Rangers players to the wolves and look what we have now. Bettman is an Islander fan anyway.

P.S. Kerry Fraser over on TSN said that Kreider had no control and the contact with Price was unavoidable after being tripped by the defenseman on a breakaway.

I don't know, we can't be implying intent based on comments made out of frustration. I mean I think it was intentional, but I don't think we can attribute that intent as fact based on the quotes he made there. I thought it was something more substantive.
