I've watched this team long enough to know the writing is on the walls lol. Hell of a run, first team to do it since the 80s Islanders.

Nah, there's no momentum between games. Colorado is still clearly the better team, no reason they shouldn't be able to win one of the last two.

I get it though, that's how I felt heading into Game 6 vs Dallas.

Sort of hard when you are putting out the following quote:

"I thought they called it fine," Bednar said. "I’m sure each coach can go through it and say, ‘That’s a penalty, that’s a penalty.’ But that’s the way it goes. They’re letting us play. O.C. (Logan O’Connor) breaks in all alone on Hedman in overtime and he gets a stick in on his hands. It is what it is, man. You’ve got to fight through it. It’s playoff hockey. Stanley Cup Finals. You’re expected as players to fight through a certain amount of stuff, because it’s the most competitive time of the year.

"The refs aren’t going to call the ticky-tack stuff that puts teams down and gives them the other team an advantage. They’re going to let the players settle the game. That’s the way it should be."

Then the next game say the refs stole it? Yeah, that's credible.
I see; I see. He didn't whine, though, so that's a good thing.

We have Kuemper so let us keep our bounces!
THAT IS HOW YOU RESPOND! Touche. We have Perry, so let's call it even...

No, whine. But hard now to play the "poor us" card. Can't come out and say we play through and no ticky-tack, especially with his rep as a player, and then go the refs weren't fair.

If it was against any other team but Tampa I'd believe that. Ever since game 3 our goals have been weird bounces & plays, we're not beating Vasi with clean shots like we were in the first 2 games. As much as I bitch about Cooper and TB ya gotta tip your cap to them.

Whatever happens, I hope we get to see a rematch next year. So much respect for what Tampa has accomplished and their resilience.

This has been one of the more fun series. As much as I give Av fan a hard time, at least there is something to give a hard time about and they give back. Next week, I am going to like your team and Coach a lot. Until then you suck...

I still think Colorado has a good shot of closing this out Sunday. Sure Kuemper let in a softie, but Tampa is looking more and more tired as the series goes on.

I’m not saying is a sure fire Colorado win by any means, it’s gonna be the toughest win of their lives. I’m just saying that it’s not as bleak as the Colorado fan base is making it out to be.

I just think the recent Tampa win is making us think Tampa is absolutely going to come back to force Game 7. We need to be more realistic.

Hahahah that’s what it’s all about!!! I’ll be absolutely gutted if we blow a 3-1 lead but i will do nothing but tip my cap if that’s the outcome, even if I whine a little bit along the way. You suck more…

That's how I felt going up against Igor. But from my perspective, getting shelled and not letting in goals doesn't feel sustainable, and Vasy isn't always perfect. We'll see how it plays out, I'm looking forward to Sunday.

Not sure my heart will be able to handle another game like last night  Despite the result that was probably the most intense game of the playoffs thus far.

Lol if you say so. Last night was a close game and Colorado has already shown they can win in Tampa.

The only thing “absolute” about Sunday at this point is that it’s gonna be one hell of a game.

I'm saying we need to think the opposite of that.
Colorado has a good chance of winning Game 6.

I’m going to game 6, so I’m absolutely not thinking the opposite. I bet on this being the series closer for Colorado before the tickets went live. I would have been happy to have been wrong and had no game to go to Sunday, but here we are.

Opposite of Tampa winning. No misunderstandings.

As a Bolts fan, I will add that the "gutsy" shot blocking we applaud catches up to you. An Olympic tourney or a 7 game series is one thing, but the NHL playoffs 2 months of taking shots every other day. Takes its toll.

I can't believe this is Cooper's preferred style. But he is making due with what he has this year. We miss Yanni Gourd more than people realize. Point, Cirelli, and Stamkos are really the only speed we have to break a team like COL. Stamkos on the 1st line, Point on the 2nd line, Gourd on the 3rd line and Cirelli on the 4th line really helped balance this team. Without Gourd and Point, we are much more like an old East Conference clutch and grab team. We were not like that before.

Why are Avs fans complaining so much? You guys are whining about Cooper, what was he suppose to say? you'd be pissed if that happened to your team.

Why was the officiating so bad? There were lots of non calls, but they go both ways. The trip on Palat? The same play happened game 1 on Makar to give you a 5 on 3.

You keep saying we are complainers, but it's starting to sound like it's not us

By the way, I think it is more fun closing out on opposing players ice. The deflation of the crowd is priceless. Bolts were robbed of the opportunity during COVID bubble. Not as much fun, unless you are at the Garden and Ranger fan cold cocks you.

This series is nothing like what we saw in the first two games. Full credits to Tampa to adjusting to Colorados speed.
Even if the Bolts pull this out. They need to go back to the drawing board because Bednar and the Avs are sending a message to the NHL that speed is coming and you better be prepared to match it. I see the NHL moving back to the high flying Gretzky days for a while. Bolts have to add more speed back and go back to the speed game. The dump, clutch and grab offense will not cut it going forward.

Last night was how I was afraid the whole series would go. I thought the Avs were the slightly better team but it wasn’t enough to overcome the goaltending talent gap.

Going to be a real challenge to significantly tilt the ice in Tampa. Kuemper’s got to give us a .900+. He’s been good on the even numbered games this series. Maybe that’s his thing.
