Erie played their 3 OAs alot last year in key times and on top 6-9 most of the year. The only OA that deserved that ice was Damato kid, and other 2 took away from the development of their younger kids. When a prospect loses almost a full year of high level development, it stalls the growth of the team.
Fully agree.

Hamilton is going to have to drop some good OAs this year...

A person I spoke to who was at the game in Saginaw said that Ivanov looked awful.
Likewise.
Although I have not personally watched him play this season, I’ve been told by multiple people that have watched his camp and the game in Saginaw that he has looked incredibly underwhelming.

There is no rush to find a spot for Miller. We can start the season with 3 goalies. At some point you are going to want to make sure that Miller is getting enough game time, so those conversations can be ongoing now. But having him with the team through October and even November is not a problem. He may even earn his spot ahead of one of the others during that time.

So, is everyone else assuming final cuts will be made after next Friday's exhibition game? Thinking they might shrink the roster down to 24 (14 forwards, 7 defense, 3 goalies). Where would you place the cut line if you were Raftis?

We definitely have some good depth at RW this year. It's too bad there isn't room for all of them because they can all play in this league.

Without question, this is a depth chart. You have potential cuts slotted in at the bottom.

Although a lot of this looks like a fair assessment, I will forever struggle with your placement of Kudrayavtsev in a 5/6 spot. I simply do not get it and won’t agree with whatever it is that is forcing you to believe that’s where he should be listed.

It's certainly easier to project cuts if you are carrying a larger roster. Not sure why we would do that. We want to get our youth into games, and don't need the depth for a long post season run.
