Imagine being so rich that you don't even realize someone stole 4.5 million from you. That's like me not noticing a twonie missing from the change holder in my car. :D

I wish they would stop trying to insult our intelligence Re: Ohtani.

IMO there is no way a book would allow someone making $80k/year to rack up $4.5 million in debt unless it came with some serious leveraging of Ohtani. That is Black Sox level stuff.

There’s no way out of it but they’ll just do this narrative and call it facts

Honestly I don't think you can go wrong with either Bo/Vlad or Vlad/Bo. Each has an advantage and a disadvantage.

The thing that caught my eye was the claim that "Guerrero often hit cleanup last season"

Vlad games last season by spot in the batting order:

2nd - 8
3rd - 110
4th - 37
9th - 1

I'm not sure if I'd call <25% of the time "often" even if it was the second most frequent spot he was in.

He hit 9th once? I don’t recall that.

I had to look it up too. I thought maybe it was a fake piece of data to catch thieves or something but nope:

On May 18th vs the Yankees he pinch hit for Espinal (who was #9 in the order) in the 7th inning, hit a sac fly, and then was replaced with Biggio for the rest of the game.

So I guess he didn't really hit 9th. Just in the most technical sense.

I'm kinda of the mind that I want the guy who may lead the league in hits on base for the big bat.

With Buffalo starting Friday and all the other full season leagues starting next Friday when do we expect to get milb rosters? Who are we looking at on each roster as far as our better prospects go?

AAA: Tiedemann, Dallas, Orelvis, Barger, Roden, Jimenez, Palmegiani, Horwitz
AA: Macko, Van Eyk, Santos, Kasevich
A+: Rojas, Doughty, D.Brown, Bohrofen
A: Barriera, Maroudis, Perez, Watts-Brown, Nimmala, Toman

Extended Spring: Bonilla, Shaw

In fact he could have said in his statement that the interpreter had access to his accounts, that would have made more sense. the fact that he didnt furthers speculation.

I would say this is fairly accurate. Wouldn't surprise me to see Nimmala and Maroudis start in the Complex League.

I think Schneider said after Monday's spring finale that he was progressing well but might still be a few days away from returning to action. I wouldn't be surprised if they put him on the IL to start the season so he can go and get some time in the lab and the complex to work himself back into shape for a Buffalo debut in the next couple of weeks (I forget the exact #, but I'm pretty sure during one of the last Jays broadcasts they were talking about the guys on the IL and mentioned that you're now only able to back-date IL assignments by like 2-4 days, so they can't put him on the IL retroactive to the game he left at this point.
