I don't deny they are coming, I'm just not holding my breath. And if they do come, I'm not going to welcome Kroenke as some kind of hero. I compare him to Georgia because neither cares about the team or it's fans, just lining their pockets.

I'm also not sold on Inglewood as a site. Traffic used to be a nightmare getting in and out of Lakers & Kings games at the Forum, imagine what it'd be like with 70,000 people? Hollywood Park is not exactly close to the freeways and there hasn't been any improvement to the street access there since the 70's.

The 105 and the 405 Fwy's are like 2 miles away.

Indeed

Well, you Rams fans got your wish, Foles benched, but it won't make a difference.

I feel like I made this same post two years ago about the Rams.

If this were 1993 the Rams would be a force in the NFL, the problem is it's 2015 and the Rams have so few offensive weapons they have no chance to compete in the NFL that is geared towards offense.

Gurley is an amazing talent, but he is going to start seeing more and more 8 man boxes because the Rams have no one who scares anyone down field.

Stop drafting so many offensive and defensive lineman, get a QB and add someone who can stretch the field, and that will make Tavon Austin more dangerous as well.

2 miles is a pretty long way for a stadium to be from a freeway, but honestly I don't think it's that big a deal to sit in traffic for eight Sunday's a year. I'm just surprised with the trend towards downtown stadium that Inglewood is still in play.

We lived in the same area for a number of years. The 105 is a godsend. I do realize that NFL crowds are exponentially larger, but the forum was not far at all from the 105.

And just because I was once on the track team back in the day, I know that a mile is 5280 feet. 2 miles is 10,560 feet. That isn't far.

But now that land is facing a possible problem from the FAA.

Such a bogus report. I saw something on nbc4 sports talking about how false this report is, considering how the same material is used in many of the surrounding buildings near the LAX towers without any problems.

Now that you mention, I do recall Fred Roggin tearing it to shreds.

Roggin appears all over all of these stadium deals and the teams involved. He's got some great sources. I listen to him on KFWB during the afternoon and he seems pretty certain the Chargers ****ed up their chance a couple of seasons ago when the Farmers Field deal fell apart.

Austin is the most under used receiver in the league. As long as the Rams build their team around the run, nothing will change.

For a football-size crowd in LA, 2 miles might as well be 10. The main arteries to the 105 are Prairie and Crenshaw. Prairie is a terrible drive at any time, it'd be a parking lot after a game. Crenshaw is wider and better but still not enough to handle that amount of traffic.

In contrast, the Carson site is literally right off of the 405, with the 110 and 91 close by. Logistically, it is a far better option.

Like I said, the Bradford pick is pretty much going to set the Rams back about a decade.

Failure of the last two GM's, and coaches in not developing a backup plan to Bradford.

Seriously the Rams over the last Eight years should be GM101 training of (what not to do).

Again, how do you pick not one, but two top #2 pick tackles, and they both end up busts ?

The Raiders aren't an option .

That being said we should move the Raiders to the Middle East

How ironic is it that after starting for their respective teams the entire season, both Foles and Bradford will be replaced in week 11?

There is a reason they were both swapped, neither guy is a solution to a teams QB problem.

They are both below average starters, with little upside. Both organizations were just hoping for a spark of average play.

New team, new scheme, fresh start ETC. Both GM/Coaches, were wrong. These two QB's are below average.

Also the QB market is just garbage. These days you have to draft your QB. The days of picking up someone like Drew Brees in UFA are dead and gone.

I'm no longer in LA so I don't see anything local on TV just what I read. And it still has traction from the LA Times. That another new story today. And yes it's just preliminary it's also still out there.

It still made less sense for Philly to trade Foles. At the time, Foles was "the next big thing" and Bradford was already a bust. Now, Foles is awful this season, but at the time of the trade, it just made no sense for Philly to do it.

Money and politics, plain and simple.

The project has previously faced scrutiny over its proximity to LAX. Two reports commissioned by the Anschutz Entertainment Group that became public this year questioned the proposed stadium's safety. One of the reports, by former Homeland Security Secretary Tom Ridge, said the stadium could be vulnerable to a terrorist attack. The former head of the National Transportation Safety Board, Mark Rosenker, suggested in another report that airplane parts could fall onto the venue.

Aviation experts questioned the findings and Inglewood Mayor James T. Butts Jr. denounced Ridge's report as "fraudulent."

Plane parts could fall into the venue, really? I think it's gotten to the point where each group has a think tank coming up with different ways to torpedo the others bid.Wait... TORPEDOES could also pose a threat from the sea.

As a diehard Eagles fan, Foles showed why he was dealt last year. 2013 Foles vs. 2014 Foles is night and day. Bradford had been really good the last few games.

Rams/Ravens playing some of the worst Football I have ever witnessed. Terrible, both teams are just awful.

Yeah, that was just awful football.

Jeff Fisher is dead man walking in St. Louis. Maybe USC will try and bring him in, he is a USC alum and the last time they hired a failed NFL coach they went on a dominant run.
