After watching 5 mins of the lakers game, I've come to the conclusion that this team, as is, won't win 20 games.

I don't know what the lakers' brass see in Randle. He's a power forward that can't rebound and is often out of control.

Put Nance in there!

:handclap::handclap::handclap:I've been harping on this since he was drafted. Watched a good amount of Kentucky ball when he was there and he was nothing special. All hype as a high schooler and you are exactly right on this stiff. Soft as butter, not a good rebounder and a terrible defender. Aweful pick. Thought I was the only one who noticed.

Lakers reliance on 'tradition' and 'history' is embarrassing. Just like every other garbage team. It's 2015, get with the times. Two irritating and hackneyed buzzwords.

Not sure what everyone is complaining about. The Lakers are up 12 late in the third period.

Granted it's a crap team they are beating but they are up.

You have a problem with a bounce pass? :sarcasm:

Oh, and don't call Jim Everett, "Chrissy".

The bounce pass only is allowed in the CFL, nobody told him that.

Oh Happy Feet in the pocket.

No one will every forget Jim Rome almost getting his ass kicked by calling him that live on his show, and the phantom sack when he just went down in the pocket when nobody was near him.

Lakers found a way to blow a 16-point lead in the second half at home to one of the worst teams in the league.

A team, I might add, may end up with a better record than the Lakers when this season is finished, in April.

Seriously Byron Scott is a terrible coach! Anyways not surprised at the result knew this team was going to lose this game they will be the worst team in the league. Oh wells.

Just saw via DVR that the Mets went on Jimmy Kimmel after their NLCS win last week. What the hell? Can you imagine Sutter and Lombardi endorsing that after winning the Western Conference Finals? Talk about feeling like you've got the job done.......really surprising. Attn: Mets...you haven't won **** yet....maybe down 0-2 in The WS now you're figuring that out......

Wonder if he'll have them on after they get swept?

Baseball pretty much celebrates eeeverything in the post- season. No other sport has a champaign celebration after every round like they won a title. Stupidest thing in sports. Never understood that. So not surprised they went on Kimmel.

I went to school with Bryron and every time I went to the MU he was there. Great Space Invaders player. :)

Regardless of his Brooklyn residency, it's embarrassing. The celebrations after each series win is really too much. There should only be one celebration by one team. These clowns are drinking champagne after a Wild Card game.

So I'm not the only one who found it strange these teams were celebrating after winning the wild card/Division series. I stopped watching baseball a few years ago and hadn't seen that until this season.

Glad other people are posting the same about Byron Scott because that was going to be my first subject this morning. The team isn't as bad as ru4reals thinks but it will underachieve as long as he's in charge. Bottom 5 on defense all 3 years in Cleveland and doesn't look like it's going to be any better here. Unless the Lakers turn into a team that scores 120 points a game overnight that is not a recipe for success.

LOL Okay maybe they're not as bad but we can agree that B. Scott is freakin garbage. Totally with you on that. I don't know what they saw in him. He took a very good Nets team to the finals because of Jason Kidd who was in his prime, and they had a very good Kenyon Martin. After the nets job he's been awful everywhere he's been.

No, they're doing it even earlier, when they win the Wild Card spot.:shakehead

Clippers' Christmas jerseys.

If they can find a way to replace that garbage they wear on the road with the Christmas jersey.

He did well in New Orleans as well. Kidd, Paul and then Irving in Cleveland and you see why he wanted Russell.

Then in game 1 he has Clarkson handling the ball and Russell standing around the 3 point line. What on earth is that? The guy is a pass first playmaker and you wonder why he had a bad debut. Luckily it only took the one game to realize the mistake and that is over with.

With a good coach this team could flirt with .500 in a tough Western conf. Not good enough for a playoff spot but respectable. With Scott were looking at 30 wins. No defense is going to cost them a lot of games.

5 minutes to go left in the first quarter and already down by 19!

Darin Erstad to interview for manager of the Dodgers. He's been the head coach for the University of Nebraska baseball team since June of 2011.
