Sorry to ask this here instead of google but on im a work laptop that blocks all gaming sites. Do we know if the PlayStation wireless headsets work with the Playstation 5? I am talking specifically about the Sony PlayStation Gold Wireless Headset. I know I could get a new one but I really do love that headset lol. Fits perfectly and its comfortable.

Google says yes they will work according to a Sony press conference held some time in August.

Well FedEx delivery App just updated saying my label has been created and it’s expected to be here tomorrow by 8 PM. Very excited! I was pretty sure that I wasn’t getting it tomorrow. Glad I paid the extra $18 for overnight shipping. I’m too impatient.

Which existing PS4 peripherals/accessories will work on PS5?
  • Specialty peripherals, such as officially licensed racing wheels, arcade sticks, and flight sticks, will work with PS5 games and supported PS4 games.
  • The Platinum and Gold Wireless Headsets, as well as third-party headsets that connect via USB port or audio jack, will work on PS5 (the headset companion app is not compatible with PS5).
  • The DualShock 4 wireless controller and PlayStation officially licensed third-party gamepad controllers will work with supported PS4 games.
  • Both the PS Move Motion Controllers and the PlayStation VR Aim Controller will work with supported PS VR games on PS5.

Walmart must've actually shipped my order days ago, cause it's now 30 mins from my house after randomly updating and will be delivered tomorrow. Nice. Still only says shipped on Fedex

Sadly I ordered my games through Best Buy and they havent shipped anything
 
This may have been mentioned somewhere before but I am not gonna go through all the previous posts so...

Since this will play nearly all PS4 games will you be able to play a PS4 game online on the PS5 against someone playing it on a PS4?
 
Amazon not even taking pre-orders for Demon's Souls anymore. How do you sell out of physical copies of the only launch exclusive? How much does it cost per disc, like a dollar? Goes without saying bestbuy and walmart are sold out too.

sigh, well I guess its my fault for not seeing this coming.

This site seems to be getting the hug of death. Before I try and get through, is this physical or digital? I plan on flipping the game so Im going for physical

Edit: this is a US only store unfortunately, I dont think Sony has this direct purchase option in canada

I'll have to check walmart in the morning, their site says "almost out of stock" though Im guessing their system is just lousy and they actually are out of stock.

Missed out on preorder. Randomly woke up at 3:10 and thought I’d check Target. Ended up getting a store pick up in my cart from the 3:15 drop. My password wasn’t saved in my phone after switching from a Pixel to iPhone last week. By the time I reset it, it was gone.
 
Just got back from Best Buy. As expected, ps5 is massive. Valhalla doesn’t feel particularly revolutionary when compared to the last one. But the last one was pretty impressive.
 
Was able to add one from Best Buy to my cart, but then they cucked me with wanting a verification code and it's not being sent to me. RIP.
 
Yea had one in best buy in cart, the page crashed and wasnt there anymore. Seems like they are adding them throughout the day.
 
Hard one from Best Buy again. The verification took 5 mins to get to my email, which caused it to be sold out after of course. If I get another chance, I'll do the phone verification.
 
Mine just arrived at my house. My wife just sent me a picture of her playing Spider-Man while I’m stuck at work for the next six hours. In a normal year I would’ve taken tomorrow off but we’re short staffed as it is and my boss would probably be pissed if I took a day off to play video games :laugh:
