Bergeron was around 10% most of his post ELC contracts but he never had the production like those guys to demand that type of money. Plus most of his most offensively productive seasons came when he was in his 30’s.

Pittsburgh won their first cup when Malkin was on his ELC but Crosby was on his big contract by that point. Both were on big contracts when they won their second & third cups. MacKinnon did win while on his cheaper first contract though.
