Colors stay the same on homes, but the design always changes.
I know, but it just seems like this is more of a change than normal.

What are those purple flowers? Very nice.
Marge thinks they are some type of bell. My neighbor is in her 80’s and wasn’t exactly sure but that is her guess. Aha . They are blooming again right now but the purple isn’t as vibrant as the photo I posted. ( was from a couple years ago considering the harness my dog has on ) . I’ll keep an eye on them and report back

Turns out he may be turning it down after all. This summer is going to be wild.

Probably realised there are no teenage prostitutes in Saudi Arabia...

and that the penalty for attempted bribery is a biiiit harsher than in France.

God that man is a scum-bag. Amazing player but jeez... makes the average footballer look like a saint.

City will never be penalized..and if they are..its a slap on the wrist

I think a very interesting quirk of history is...

Man United are arguably only "the" Man United of today due to Man City and financial irregularities ahaha.

1906... it was found out Man City had been breaching the wage cap of £4 a week for years and most players were on £6 a week.

They had been funnelling money through secret accounts to circumvent rules designed to stop wealthy individuals from pouring their money into clubs. Edward Hulton was the Chairman at the time and a successful newspaper owner and horse racing magnate, and

They had came 2nd, 3rd and 5th over the three previous seasons, won an FA Cup and until that point were the far bigger team than United... who had been a 2nd division club most of their history, spending 16/18 years in the 2nd tier or below.

The punishment for the breach? 17 of the teams players were banned from playing for City EVER again.

City therefore had to auction off those 17 players... annnnd Man United (partially due to geography and players not moving as far then) picked up:

Billy Meredith
Sandy Turnbull
Herbert Burgess
Jimmy Bannister

Which were 4 of the teams best ~6 players... with Meredith being one of the best players on earth and Turnbull being one of the best finishers on earth.

That core group, in the next 5 years, helped United win:

2x 1st Divisions
2x Community Shields
1x FA Cup

And cemented their place as a top club in England.

Apparently he's ok with it, since he is officially going now.

And yeah, scum of the earth type person, but can't deny the talent, unfortunately. It's been so long I can't even remember now, didn't he blackmail Giroud, too?

Yeh, some of the prostitutes were only 16 years old as well. He would have been in prison properly were it not for courts believing that he and others (including Ribery) did not know they were under 18.

It was Valbuena... who before that had apparently been a very good friend... he had photos and videos of him with prostitutes (from ofc when they were both doing that kind of thing together!) and tried to extort money from him.

He was found guilty in court and given a 1 year suspended prison sentence and a 75,000 euro fine.

And this was totally separate from the underaged prostitutes thing too, like 5 years later lmao. Like he did not even learn his lesson.

The Giroud thing was him just talking shit about Giroud on a podcast
