I'm hopeful City won't just win every game. They still have Brighton and Brentford away. And Everton away with Sean Dyche fighting relegation.

In the end it all comes down to the game on April 26th. If you can't get at least one point in two games against City, you don't deserve to win the title anyway.
Ive lived this as a Liverpool fan. They might draw 1 game but they will win the rest. The last two games have doomed Arsenal. Think the only chance Arsenal has is winning at the Ethiad next Wednesday. Tough ask.

Congrats on picking apart a rag tag relegation team with your 90m signing! At least our overpaid 90m signing looked good against a top 7 side. Its the little wins that matter.
Well played... not even sure who yours is though! I do think Antony is settling in and will have a big impact moving forward. Pint in thought, my friend

Mudryk (against Brighton). But absolutely. This season is just banter at this point for me.

That said, Antony is still a prick.

Slainte!

The irony in a Chelsea fan slating anyone's big money signings while sitting I'm 11th. You're not even in the top half of the table 😂

Haaland is really getting close to being odds on to break Dixie Deans all-time goals in a season in all competitions record in English football...

Dixie Dean scored 63 (60 league, 3 FA Cup) goals in 1927-28.

Haaland is at 48 goals now... in 41 games... with potentially:

8 Premier League games left
2 FA Cup games left
3 Champions League games left

So would need to score 16 goals in last 13 games.

His current pace says that he will actually score 15... and equal the 63 if City play all 13 of those games.

Looked up Dean’s stats. Why don’t his two Charity Shield matches count? And he scored his 63 in 41 games.... wow!

Edit: CS 2 goals in one match

I guess on wikipedia?

They list the CS in the wrong year. Those 2 goals should be in his 1928-29 stats.

The 1927-28 Charity Shield was between Cardiff and Corinthians. He did not play.
The 1928-29 Charity Shield was between Everton and Blackburn... Dean scored 2 goals.

Yeah you got it. I was thinking along those lines. Thanks for clarifying

I f***ing hate Harry Maguire

7 years in a row knocked out be Spanish teams. That's crazy.

But tbf, they eliminated Barcelona, Betis, and Real Sociaded this year, only to lose against Sevilla who are fighting relegation in Spain.
