USA, Latvia and Norway lost with less than Sweden And Canada was closer to winning this game 6-0 that Sweden was to score. Sweden had such an easy way except for the semi where Rask didnt play.

Finland, easily. Not sure why Sweden is even being mentioned here - yes, they made the GMG. They also did it with Lehtonen in net for the Finns instead of Rask, and managed to lay an egg in their medal game while Finland utterly dominated.

As a finn i dont really get the idea that Finland would've magically gone to finals had Rask played. He wouldnt have made finns score more goals, and the 2 goals we let in wasnt really Lehtonens fault. IMO the order we ended up with is exactly what it should be. Canada, Sweden, Finland, USA

They didn't look "horrible" against Canada. They only lost by one goal! And they put up considerably more of a fight against Canada than anyone else did.

That's what really counts here. It's obvious Canada was the class of the tournament here, and that everybody facing them was going to bring their best effort no matter what.

The Americans did that better than anyone.

Exactly how do you place USA higher than Finland, who beat them 5-0, and Finland, unlike USA, both scored on Canada and took them to OT.
