Injured at the end of the second - LBI

Yep, and considering that it was on a play that no one even saw, it just gives me more reason to believe that Bogo has been injured all season in some capacity.

And even with that, he was playing a tonne of minutes, had our best plus minus, and some people still want to whine about him for some reason.

Jets played terribly in their own zone tonight. Like really really bad.

Fortunately they did well enough on the PP and in the offensive zone in general to make up for it.

I'm stoked for the win of course but I hope we don't try this against a Western team (and that the ROW column doesn't screw us at the end of the season)

Pardy seemed to be struggling a bit, taking 2 penalties and coming close to taking one or two others. On the other hand he is not a bad offensive zone stickhandler.

Just got back from Buffalo Wild Wings at MOA....was fun....quite a few Jet fans there who were much louder than the Wild fans who had their game and play by play on all the main screens. Gonna be fun on Sunday

Nice to get our 4th in a row.

Scheifele with another strong game.

LLW were good again

Buff was excellent.

Kane and Frolik had rough games.

I liked Seto's game again.

good summary, I thought Enstrom turned a rough 2 periods into a real good 3rd

NO MORE WHEELER ON SO

what''s up with kane?

Like Joki this season

Damn, just noticed on the post-game that Buff had a couple of sweet cellys on top of the goals.

"Is he Irish?"

Immediately I had visions of Bernie Mac in the first Charlie's Angels movie saying' "Ain't you ever heard of the Black Irish?"

Why was Wheeler the second star? I would have thought Jokinen might have rated that honour.

wheeler played hard tonight, it's been a long time coming, guess it warranted a star

thought clitsome struggled all game

I am not worried about Kane....he is a streak scorer and they always come in bunches for him. Pumped we are winning during one of his cool stretchs. that being said I wonder if he isn't battling an injury?

Scheif's learning from Buff:

IMHO, it's only a matter of time before he starts burying his chances.

100% agree....the bonus is we are seeing him beat guys with speed more and more and that is something I wasn't counting on, I have zero doubt results will follow at some point here he just needs to get the taste of blood.

Scheif has flashes of brilliance and they're happening more and more often. I love it.

Anyone see the guy with the zoomies in a Flyers jersey right after a commercial break? I'm not at the game but I noticed it and laughed a lot.

Clearly Pavelec is a mastermind.

He has purposely built a reputation of having a rusty 5-hole, letting in goal after goal, only to culminate in a single season, where he decides to shut the door and dominate the shootouts to shock and awe the opponents.

Clearly we are winning the Cup this year with such a savant between the pipes.

Save a horse, ride Pavelec.

I think I read about those on Urban Dictionary.

How sweet would it have been if Olli scored on that slapshot in the CO circle? Would have made every highlight reel this week. Old dog's still got a few tricks up his sleeves.

Don't look now, but Pavelec is at or above league average for starter save percentage in 5v5 and all situations.

Impossible!!!! :p

Well I'm happy to see him do well, if he can turn into a league average starter this year then its one less thing to worry about next year.
