Buff took back the game for us in regulation time and Pavs's save on Lecavalier sealed it for us in the shootout.
Time to give credit where credit is due!

Disagree. The Jets almost let 13 minutes kill them, but they drove the bus for 47 minutes of the game. By my estimation, the Flyers were lucky to get a point.

Missed the game. I saw in the game sheet that Bogo only played about 12 minutes. Any updates on the reason? Was he injured or benched?

Clearly Pavelec is a mastermind.

He has purposely built a reputation of having a rusty 5-hole, letting in goal after goal, only to culminate in a single season, where he decides to shut the door and dominate the shootouts to shock and awe the opponents.

Clearly we are winning the Cup this year with such a savant between the pipes.

I was really hard on the leadership group 4-5 games ago, and will now give them props as this is how I expect them to play. Ladd, Buff, Little, Enstrom have been lights out the last bunch of games, leading by example on the ice. Kane will break out of his slump soon. I wish they wouldn't wait a month every year to get going but this is how I like to see this team play. Kudos to all 20 guys.

True, although the Central Division is going to be a tight race this season and ROW is a tiebreaker. It's nice to get the 2 points, but sometimes it feels like the Jets just play not to give up a goal in the last two minutes of OT so they can get to the shootout.

I'm sorry but it's much better to play conservative when you're 4v4. It's much better to keep possession of the puck rather than do end to end odd man rushes.
