Would you accept the following players for the following prices at the TDL:

Hertl for a 1st and decent prospect (someone who has a top 6 or top 4 upside)
Barabanov for a 2nd
Cogliano for a 3rd
Reimer for a 2nd or prospect goalie
Bonino for a 6th
Labanc with retention for a 3rd/4th or change of scenery prospect
Burns with 4 million retained for a 1st
Kane with 3.5 million retained for a 7th

I think your price on Cogs and Reimer are a bit high, don't you? Wish my team had some cap space so we could haggle on Labanc. Still can't see anyone taking Kane.

I think Reimer gets a 2nd. Cogliano probably a late 3rd or early 4th.

As far as Labanc goes, his contract is not great. He has never been more than a tweener, is not stellar defensively and has been more of a PP specialist. I liked him on the Sharks but Doug Wilson overpaid him on the contract based on expected production, which never happened.

With Edmonton or Colorado needing a solid goaltender, I think it's possible he gets a 2nd. Cogliano has that heart and soul with a scoring punch that GMs love during playoff time, could see him getting a 3rd.

Another factor was that 1 year bridge deal he took for very cheap. Seems like him and the sharks had a handshake deal that his AAV would be ~3.5M for 5 years, but they only paid 1M the first year.

Not when one of those teams can't trade a 2nd or 3rd. Unless its the 2023 pick.

:D
So as I understand, you're asking to trade Burns at 4M for 4 years for a 1st?

So like Burns(@50%) and Bonino for Lucic + 1st + prospects/later picks? I'd do 2nd + Ruzicka? Or 3rd + Parsons + Philips(goalie and forward prospects)

When it comes to Reimer, they can wait. Considering they have no solutions in net coming down the pipe for next year, it's doubtful what's out there for Reimer would make them jump at moving him when he has another year on his contract. If they were offered a 2nd for him now, I'd probably do it and take it but I can't imagine that's the case.
