Caufield outpacing stutzle. He may be better than him forget about caufield vs pinto
Caufield is legit, no shame if Stu doesn't score same as him. One of the most natural scorers I have seen, kid has a laser and knows how to aim it.

Lots of USA players walking in and scoring with ease lately...next best-on-best will be tough for Canada.

Now imagine if Stutzle was playing with Nick Suzuki and Mike Hoffman/Josh Anderson instead of Nick Paul/Alex Formenton and Connor Brown/Adam Gaudette.

He'd be PPG. Stutzle is just better and plays a more demanding position with lesser players.

Is this supposed to be surprising?

Caufield is a scoring winger while Stutzle is a younger C playing with third liners.
Oh please Stutzle is way more dynamic. Way more upside. He also isn't riding Shot gun with a player like Suzuki. Plays center too. Caufield is massively overrated. He can score but when he isn't scoring he isn't doing much.

Hopefully Pinto gets a few games in this year and his shoulder feels good. Will be good for his confidence going into the summer.

I like Caufield too but I think Stutzle will be the better player long term as he is bigger & plays a physical game.

Don't disagree but I think Cole scores more goals.

I am not sure which one will score more goals but I see Caufield being targeted by physical players and getting hurt more often than Stutzle.

I can't get behind this for a couple of reasons.

1. He would have been undersized his entire hockey career and has avoided hits the entire time, specifically in leagues that are far less disciplined and guys would be running around trying to get a piece of him.

2. I never see this in the NHL, at least that I can remember. There are lots of smaller or slightly built players who we may think couldn't handle the rigors of the NHL but they do and they don't get injured any more frequently that anyone else.

Stuzle throws his body around a lot already so if anything I might lean towards him getting injured a bit more.
