I feel like we're better and that comforts me giving me hope we can still win this series but at the same time I'm like we're down 2-0 while being the better team and Bobrovsky is just outplaying Samsonov so that worries me. That Barkov goal can't go in but Nylander can't turn that over there. Matthews and Marner on the next goal just getting too cute in the 1 area of the ice a coach tells you since you're in peewee not to mess around with the puck.

Over time I've learned that Keefe is horrible at motivating his team .. whether it's not starting on time and getting behind, or getting up early and then letting the other team back in it ... there seems to be a lot of these lapses and end up showing a killer instinct

Leafs went from finally winning a series to playing the worst series of this current era in 5 days. Of course they weren't going to come into this fight more prepared, hungry and focused than the other team.
