Highly doubt Knight would be moved now. The reason he works in this return is his cap hit is already 4.5 million. Not an issue for a hawks team that has to hit the floor (especially when you consider he could very well be a future #1) but he won’t have a ton of value to other teams at 4.5 and not yet established as a 1

Things could always change and he could prove me wrong later on, but I’m not optimistic on him being an NHL starter at this time. This trade shouldn't discourage them from taking one this year. They still need to replenish the group
