In all likelihood he will move into the top-10 all time in goalie wins next year. Pretty good chance he passes Lundqvist in wins with the next 2 seasons remaining on his contract and could potentially pass Belfour/Luongo and maybe even crack 500 wins if he signs a new contract and plays 2 more years after that (although 500 wins would seem like it would take a 5th season).

This assumes playing on a good team, in a starter or 1B role and little to no trouble with injuries.

Fun fact. Stolarz was drafted with one of the three picks Philly got from CBJ for Bob in 2012.

There's people on this site who believe MAF is a lock so in he is, then there's no reason why Bob isn't. Both have a finals victory and loss as starter. Two losses for MAF. Bob has double the Vezinas and an extra nomination.

MAF is not a HOFer, no where near Bobrovsky's level.

MAF got carried by the Pens to a cup win and then really did nothing notable in his career besides one vezina and being average on good teams.

He is probably in the HHOF and the argument between him and Bob is closer than you think.

14-6 .933 1.97 in his first cup run in '08, 16-8 .908 2.61 in '09, 9-6 .924 2.56 in '16, and 13-7 .927 2.24 in '17. That's four lengthy playoff runs, two cups, and he played below average in only '09.

MAF will make the HOF for the story. To coming up with Crosby, the finals runs. To then becoming a playoff liability and behind Matt Murray. Then goes to Vegas on a hyped new team and leads them to the finals. A lot to talk about
